Nuisance Noise?

Posted on: Thu 14th June, 2018

It's no fun when a neighbour keeps making loud, nuisance or offensive noise.

Herefordshire Housing's Customer Account Managers are here to help with things ranging from your tenancy through to neighbourhood issues like nuisance noise. You can contact them here.

Explaining nuisance noise isn't always that easy though and if your Customer Account manager thinks it'll be useful they might suggest that you download the Noise App.

The Noise App is a simple way of recording and tracking noise nuisance and anti social behaviour.

  • Instantly record noise nuisance on your phone
  • Report directly to your Customer Account Manager
  • Create your own personal diary of recordings

You can download the app to your phone and begin recording and tracking noise nuisance.

The app is free for our customers who've been recommended to download it by their Customer Account Manager. You just need to search for Connexus (the group Herefordshire Housing is part of).
