The scheme will comprise of one and two-bedroom apartments, all 35 flats will be affordable rent. There will be a total of 26 parking spaces for the 23 two-bedroom and 12 one-bedroom apartments.

The Blackfriars scheme will be made up of 31 affordable rent (HomePoint) apartments (22 for over 50s) and 20 for private rent (1 and 2 bedroom). The scheme is expected to be completed by June 2019.

June 2019 Handover to tenants has now been completed.
Feb 2018 The external scaffolding has now been removed and internal features like kitchens and bathrooms are being fitted
December 2018

The roofs on all 3 blocks are now almost complete and the scaffolding has been removed on 2 of the blocks. Work has begun on the walls to the front of the blocks and the new pavement and parking spaces on Merton Meadow road are now open.  Work is ongoing internally to all 3 blocks with the lifts expected to be installed in the new year.

 
August 2018 We're nearly finished with the roof, 80% complete. While we're talking stats we have one more too;  brickwork 60% complete.
 
 
June 2018 The scaffolding looking great against the blue sky, we're loving the heatwave. Not too great for the guys working on site though! Very hot.
April 2018 All of the floors are now complete. Great view from the top as well, very close to some fantastic facilities.
March 2017 The site's nearly cleared. Next step the footings.
