The Blackfriars scheme will be made up of 31 affordable rent (HomePoint) apartments (22 for over 50s) and 20 for private rent (1 and 2 bedroom). The scheme is expected to be completed by June 2019.

|Feb 2018||The external scaffolding has now been removed and internal features like kitchens and bathrooms are being fitted|
The roofs on all 3 blocks are now almost complete and the scaffolding has been removed on 2 of the blocks. Work has begun on the walls to the front of the blocks and the new pavement and parking spaces on Merton Meadow road are now open. Work is ongoing internally to all 3 blocks with the lifts expected to be installed in the new year.
We're nearly finished with the roof, 80% complete. While we're talking stats we have one more too; brickwork 60% complete.
