We have therefore made the decision, as from Monday to only carry out emergency repairs on our customers' homes and we will only be taking calls of an urgent nature. For all other enquiries please complete our online webform.
Our staff, where possible will be working from home and our offices in Hereford, Craven Arms and Wem will be closed to visitors to help combat the spread of the virus.

We’re cancelling all non-essential appointments and will only be attending emergencies. Please bear with us during this time and we’ll let you know when they’ll be rearranged.
Following the recent updates this week from the government we’ll minimise face to face contact where we can and our contact with you will be via telephone and or email. Our staff who are able to will be working from home. Please bear with us as this will be a different service to the one you may be used to.

If you’re calling about a non-urgent repair, we will take the details of the repair and schedule this when we have availability, over the coming weeks and months and we will contact you to tell you when this is due to be scheduled.

We are following advice from the government and Public Health England regarding the coronavirus outbreak and urge all of our customers and their communities to do so too. We are continuing to provide all of our services and support to our customers and are monitoring the situation carefully.
If you have been diagnosed with coronavirus or you are self-isolating and we are due to visit your home, we would like you to call us on 03332 31 32 33 and speak to our customer service team.
If you have a scheduled visit, one of our customer service team will be calling you beforehand to ask you questions on your health in relation to coronavirus as it is vital for the safety of our colleagues and customers that we all remain safe at this time.
