We’re always looking for residents to scrutinise our work and business decisions, and there are a number of ways you can help.
- The Customer Challenge Group
Here, you’ll look at how we spend our money and make sure we get great value, and deliver services people need. In return, you’ll get great experience, meet new people and learn valuable new skills
- Refurbishment/Improvement Works
You’ll be part of a team who keeps an eye on the work we’re carrying out, to make sure it’s top quality.
As an organisation we want to ensure that we fully understand the communities we work with. We want to ensure that we involve specific, harder to reach customer groups. We want to understand their experience, and make sure we meet their needs. Right now, we’re interested in the following groups – so if you’d like to take part, please let us know:
- Gypsy and Travellers
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender
- Young People
- Migrant Residents
We’re proud of our communities, and work hard to support them in every way we can. We run youth groups, activities for older persons, and Family Play schemes for the summer holiday. All of these need your involvement and support – so please get in touch.
