Estate Inspections

We have been carrying out regular inspections on our estates and are now looking to develop these inspections further, to make sure that we are inspecting the things that are important to the local residents.

Over the coming months, we are hoping to consult with residents across all our estates to develop their own estate inspection checklist. It will be these things that are checked and inspected at regular intervals.

Matters arising from the estate inspection will be placed in to an action plan which will track the progress and who is responsible for that action.

Estate inspections are a great way to meet your housing officer and let you have a direct say in what is bothering you about the estate and how we can improve things.
