Every three months we produce a report to show how well we are performing across a range of service areas. We use traffic lights to demonstrate how well we are performing against our targets.

Quality Housing Services
Quality Housing Services is a membership based organization which is made up of housing associations and drives continuous improvement in Service Delivery.
Herefordshire Housing has been a member since March 2008 and achieved the certification level on 9th March 2009 and is re-inspected every year.
Quality Housing Services tests us in the following way:
Telephone accessibility: Telephone mystery shopping, all year round
Office Mystery Shops: Four per year at each office
Customer Profiling: Satisfaction Surveys, all year round. Telephone calls, all year round
On-site audits: 2 per year for Head Office, 1 per year for our City Centre and South Wye Office.

Ever wondered if you are getting a fair deal from us or how we compare to other landlords in the area? Help is now at hand from the national social housing regulator, the Tenant Services Authority. Its new free web tool lets you compare the performance of housing associations in the area - all you have to do is enter your postcode.
You will find us compared on six things that tenants have tols the TSA they would find useful. They include your rent with the local average and seeing how we rate in terms of our overall service and our repairs and maintenance in particular.

Just click on the Find and Compare Landloards link in the top right-hand corner of the website, No logins, passwords or subscriptions are needed.
The TSA is the regulator for social housing in England. Its role is to raise the standard of services for tenants.
