Leaseholders
We are committed to ensuring that there is an ongoing dialogue between Herefordshire Housing and its Leaseholders.
We will produce a quarterly Leaseholder bulletin which will be posted to all Leaseholders and can also be downloaded here.
We will also be holding regular Leaseholder Forums. The Forum will enable Leaseholders to influence decision making about leasehold issues and raise problems or ideas with senior management at Herefordshire Housing.

Gas Servicing now available to Leaseholders
Herefordshire Housing is now offering a unique service to leaseholders where we can carry out gas appliance safety checks and service your central heating boilers at a reasonable rate.
Getting your gas appliances checked regularly will:
• Help to keep you and anyone who lives with or around you safe
• Reduce the risk of your appliance breaking down
• Make sure your appliance works safely and efficiently
• Help to reduce the running costs of appliances
• Provide you with peace of mind
Leaseholders are responsible for making sure their gas appliances are checked regularly by a qualified professional to make sure they are safe.
