About Us
Who is Herefordshire Housing?
Herefordshire Housing is a not-for-profit Registered Provider, which provides affordable homes throughout Herefordshire.
Herefordshire Housing took over the running of the Herefordshire Council’s housing stock on 26th November 2002 after a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT). It has since adopted Charitable Status.

Letting our Properties
We allocate our properties through a choice-based lettings agency called Herefordshire Home Point. Every week, Home Point advertises all properties that are available from all the major social housing providers in Herefordshire. You can find more about this on the Home Point website.
