Injunction Supports Residents

Herefordshire Housing Limited (HHL) has obtained an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction preventing local drug dealers Shane White and Christian Llewellyn from entering all of our offices and 5421 of our properties. The application for injunction was made to the courts following numerous complaints from concerned residents in the areas the duo have been operating.

Local residents worked closely with Herefordshire Housing’s Neighbourhood Action Team and West Mercia Police, to keep the neighbourhood quiet and safe. 

Paula Kennedy, Director of Customer Services for HHL said, “Our properties are some of the most popular in the County. It’s great to see the community work together and get rid of unwanted behaviour. Mr White and Mr Llewellyn have been banned from entering any of our properties, if anyone sees them entering properties they know to be owned by Herefordshire Housing, they should report it to the Police on 101 and our Neighbourhood Action Team on 0300 777 4321.”
