Herefordshire Housing has secured an injunction banning Mr Kenneth Baker from visiting its sheltered housing scheme, Belmont Square. The decision to take Mr Baker to Court to apply for the injunction was in response to over 50 complaints from elderly residents of Belmont Square, about noise, nuisance and intimidation by him and his associates. Herefordshire Housing is disappointed with the Audit Commissions’ assessment that the association is providing a “poor” service and is determined to achievement rapid improvement over the coming months. It is almost exactly 5 years since the Association was created and has recently delivered all the capital improvements promised at transfer.
