News Item Welcome to new Resident Board Member Herefordshire Housing has welcomed Rebecca Whittaker to its Board of Management. Rebecca won the recent election for the position of Resident Board Member. The election allows residents to vote for the candidate who they feel would bring most to the housing association's Board of Management. News Item Avalanche of calls is no match for HHL Freezing temperatures and heavy snowfall brought out fighting spirit among Herefordshire Housing colleagues who have shown their grit for the benefit of customers. Teams worked to handle the surge in calls and repair requests, prompted by the cold snap. News Item Customer satisfaction is at 84% Levels of satisfaction among Herefordshire Housing customers are the highest among similar sized housing associations in the region. The verdict was delivered by customers in the 2009 customer satisfaction survey, or STATUS survey as it is more commonly known.
