Currently working only in Herefordshire, we have ambitious plans for the future. As a newly created role in a progressive Housing Association, this is an exciting opportunity to support the cultural, organisational and structural change resulting from the creation of a new Corporate Strategy in 2011.
We want to utilise our skills and potential to develop and grow as a business. To enable this we need an excellent communicator with practical experience of implementing an Organisational Development strategy that has successfully changed business performance and culture.
Reporting to the Director of Resources, the post holder will manage the HR function and work strategically with the Leadership team to achieve our goals and take the business forward.

We are looking to recruit colleagues to assist in the provision of our Careline Service and out of hour's telephone answering service. Duties primarily involve operating our computerised central control console, maintaining records of calls and liaising with emergency contacts as appropriate. Calls can range from persons seeking advice, reassurance or calls requiring the emergency services. Therefore the ability to respond to the public in a caring and sympathetic manner is essential.
