Careline, our in-house 24 hours Social Alarm Monitoring Service, provides a solution for independence, choice and wellbeing both to vulnerable residents of Herefordshire Housing and external customers nationwide.
Due to our increasing success, we are now seeking an individual that can bring marketing and business administration expertise to support the growth of the business and the strategic activities of the Operations Manager. With experience of maintaining business relationships, business administration and producing marketing literature, you will help ensure that Careline’s customers are retained and developed. As a minimum you’ll need a proactive approach and the ability to learn quickly, as well as strong IT skills to include a detailed working knowledge of spreadsheets and report writing.
